FINANCIAL INFORMATION:

Our fee for endodontic therapy is determined by the complexity of the the tooth being treated. At the time of your initial appointment, an endodontic consultation, exam and X-ray will be performed to determine the scope of your treatment. This consultation fee is payable at the time of your visit. Fees or co-payments for treatment are required to be paid in full by the completion of your treatment.

Our office accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.


APPOINTMENTS:

A fee will be charged for missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hours prior notification. Once an appointment is made, please remember that this time has been reserved for you. We are aware that appointments must be occasionally rescheduled. Please telephone to change an appointment time or date as soon as possible.

INSURANCE:

We are participants in many dental insurance plans such as Cigna Dental Health, Aetna DMO, Pacificare, Delta Dental and individual discount plans. Feel free to call us if you have any questions regarding your particular insurance coverage. Please keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company - we have no control over what the insurance does or does not cover.
